Cancellation and Refunds Policy

At GlobeWick, we provide a transparent policy for our no-brokerage property listing platform.

1. Free Property Listings

Basic property listings are completely FREE and can be posted, edited, or removed at any time without any charges.

2. Premium Services

Premium services such as featured listings and top placement are activated automatically after successful payment through Razorpay.

3. No Refund Policy

Since services are activated automatically upon payment confirmation, refunds are generally not provided. However, refunds will be processed if:

  • Payment was successful but service was not activated due to technical issues from our end
  • Duplicate or erroneous payments were made through Razorpay

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Contact info@globewick.com with your transaction ID for refund requests.

5. Failed Transactions

If payment was deducted but service was not activated, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5-7 business days. Contact us at info@globewick.com if the refund is not received.
