Welcome to GlobeWick - India's No-Brokerage Property Platform. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GlobeWick platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Platform Services

GlobeWick provides:

Free property listing platform for owners to list properties
Direct connection between property owners and seekers without brokerage
Premium services like featured listings and top placement (optional, paid)
Search and filtering tools to find properties

3. User Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use our platform. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account:

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
One person/entity may maintain only one active account
You must provide accurate and current information
You are responsible for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Property Listings

When listing properties, you must:

Have legal right or authorization to list the property
Provide accurate, complete, and truthful property information
Upload genuine photographs of the property
Not list the same property multiple times
Update or remove listings when property is no longer available
Not include misleading pricing or amenities

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must NOT:

Post fake, fraudulent, or misleading listings
Act as a broker or charge brokerage fees
Harass, abuse, or spam other users
Share inappropriate or offensive content
Attempt to hack, scrape, or misuse the platform
Use the platform for any illegal activities
Violate any local, state, or national laws

7. Payment Terms

For premium services:

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
Premium services are activated after successful payment confirmation
Refer to our Cancellation & Refunds Policy for refund terms
Payment disputes should be raised within 7 days of transaction

8. No Brokerage Policy

GlobeWick is a NO-BROKERAGE platform. We do not charge any brokerage fees from property seekers. Premium services (if opted) are for enhanced visibility only and are entirely optional. We prohibit brokers from using our platform to charge brokerage fees.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

GlobeWick is a platform connecting property owners and seekers. We do not own, sell, or rent properties. We are not responsible for:

Accuracy of property listings posted by users
Quality, condition, or legality of listed properties
Transactions or agreements between users
Any disputes arising from property dealings
Verification of user identities or property ownership

10. Limitation of Liability

GlobeWick and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for premium services in the past 12 months.

11. User Verification

While we may verify certain user information, we do not guarantee the authenticity of all users or listings. Users are advised to conduct their own due diligence before entering into any property transaction.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on GlobeWick platform, including logo, design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Globewick Technologies Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

13. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content that violates these terms, is fraudulent, offensive, or inappropriate. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

14. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services like Razorpay for payments. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [City], India.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications.

17. Termination
